MISA’s AI-powered solutions for breakthrough business growth made a strong impression at the Biztech 2025 Conference and Exhibition.

On the morning of June 3, 2025, at the opening session of the Biztech 2025 Conference & Exhibition, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Le – Director of the Medium Enterprise Business Unit, MISA Joint Stock Company, presented a paper on the topic “Gen AI and Breakthrough Business Growth” to share experiences in applying artificial intelligence (AI) and smart data to help businesses improve productivity in the context of rapidly developing technology and an increasingly fierce competitive market.

In the era of digital production methods, the application of the latest technologies such as AI in business and manufacturing is becoming increasingly crucial. According to Mr. Quang, the percentage of businesses applying AI to management has increased from 33% in 2022 to 72% in 2024 (according to IBM, Forbes, and McKinsey). This technology is strongly supporting customer service (56%), cybersecurity (51%), customer relationship management (42%), and content production (40%). Businesses that use data to make decisions can increase their ability to attract customers by 23 times compared to traditional businesses.

Keeping pace with the trend of applying AI in management, MISA has successfully developed the MISA AVA AI Assistant, directly integrated into the MISA AMIS unified enterprise management platform, enabling the automation of processes and optimization of core operations such as finance and accounting, marketing and sales, human resources, and operations.

According to Ms. Le, in 2025, MISA will develop AI Agents integrated into MISA software to help businesses have more AI employees to support automated task processing, helping to increase productivity many times over.

For the finance and accounting sector, MISA AVA assistant allows for the automatic collection, verification of documents, and data entry, minimizing the time spent on manual tasks. Furthermore, data analysis technology combined with artificial intelligence (AI) helps MISA AVA instantly detect anomalies in expenses, identify and warn of potential financial risks. This technology also enables businesses to evaluate resource utilization efficiency, prevent waste, analyze and forecast finances, and assess creditworthiness, helping businesses access capital quickly. Currently, 5,000 businesses have been granted loan limits totaling VND 22 trillion through the AI-integrated platform, with a successful disbursement rate five times higher than traditional methods.

In the marketing and sales sector, digital assistants support tasks such as creating advertising content, personalizing ads and customer experiences, creating automated chatbots for customer service, and predicting and analyzing the market. Practical results show that applying AI increases customer service productivity by 1.71 times, using 350 people instead of 600, helping businesses optimize their resources.

For the human resources field, MISA AVA assistant also helps minimize manual tasks and increase HR productivity by 50% through features such as automatically drafting recruitment emails, identifying and extracting candidate information from photos, CVs, etc.

In the area of operations, business owners can quickly access data and reports with the MISA AVA assistant without having to wait or gather information from multiple sources. The digital assistant also supports the analysis and forecasting of key business performance indicators, providing recommendations to leadership – a solid foundation for the leadership team to make quick and effective strategic decisions.

In the area of customer care, MISA applies AI to build the MISA AVA chatbot, which automatically handles customer support requests 24/7, increasing customer service rates by nearly 2 times and shortening support time, helping customers have a more convenient and optimized product experience.

Specifically, in 2025, MISA will develop AI Agents – a form of advanced artificial intelligence capable of operating automatically and making decisions based on specific human-defined goals, designed to perform complex and highly specialized tasks. The purpose of integrating AI Agents into MISA software is to provide businesses with additional AI employees to support automated task processing, significantly increasing productivity.

Concluding her presentation, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Le emphasized that AI is an inevitable trend, requiring businesses to quickly adapt to maintain a competitive advantage. Furthermore, businesses need to popularize AI in management to improve efficiency, build a data-driven decision-making culture, and accelerate digital transformation with AI-integrated cloud computing platforms. Simultaneously, businesses need to continuously review and plan the application of AI in each process to optimize operational and management efficiency.
